Setiap sektor dalam program Tokutei Ginou memiliki standar kompetensi yang berbeda, sehingga materi ujiannya pun dirancang sangat spesifik untuk mencerminkan kebutuhan nyata di lapangan kerja. Mari kita bedah tiga sektor yang saat ini paling banyak diminati oleh pekerja Indonesia:
- Sektor Caregiver (Kaigoshoku / Perawat Lansia): Ujian untuk sektor ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu evaluasi keterampilan perawatan (Kaigo Kihan) dan ujian bahasa Jepang khusus keperawatan.
